If you have a direct subscription to BitGym (not through Apple/iTunes) the following cancelation policy applies:
- You may cancel at anytime. Full instructions are here.
- Cancelation will stop any future payments from occurring. The period of subscription you have already paid for will remain in effect. BitGym does not offer prorated cancelation.
- If within 30 days of a charge you are not satisfied with the service or product, you may ask for a refund for any reason. To ask for a refund, the easiest way is to reply to the billing email automatically sent to you. If you cannot find the billing email, you may also use the support section of our website to create a ticket.
- After 30 days of your last billing event we may offer a refund based on circumstances, but it is at our discretion and not covered by this policy.
