If you have a direct subscription to BitGym (not through Apple) the following cancelation policy applies:
- You may cancel at anytime and full instructions are here.
- A cancelation will stop the next payment from occurring, but the period of subscription you have already paid for will remain in effect. No prorated cancelation if offered.
- If within 30 days of a charge you are not satisfied, you may ask for a refund for any reason. To ask for a refund, the easiest way is to reply to the billing email automatically sent to you. If you cannot find the billing email, you may also use the support section of our website to create a ticket. After 30 days we may offer a refund based on circumstances, but it is at our discretion.
