Can I use BitGym for free?
Short answer: Yes!
BitGym is designed as a premium paid experience. However, we offer a feature-rich free mode which can be used for as long as you like: BitGym Free.
When you install the BitGym app, you can start using it for free right away — you don't even have to make an account!
BitGym Free is central to our mission to make exercise fun and accessible to people around the world. BitGym Free is not monetized at all — there are no ads, and no data is collected for sale to any third parties. We simply want to share what we have made and the places we have visited with everyone. We regularly review and update what we offer in BitGym Free. Currently, you can enjoy a rotating selection of 8 tours, with the occasional seasonally available "special free tour".
Also, if you are considering upgrading to a BitGym Membership, BitGym Free allows you to test out and experience the core features of the app — ensure the visual tracking is consistent, your video streaming speed is fast enough, you can find a suitable exercise setup that is comfortable, and that the overall experience is to your liking.
What do I get by paying for BitGym?
BitGym is a subscription based fitness app which brings a large and growing library of high quality streaming tours directly to your smart device.

How much does it cost?
You can see the latest prices for the BitGym direct subscription from our pricing page where you can subscribe monthly, annually, or pay once for lifetime access.
You can also pay for a BitGym Monthly Membership via your device's app store. This price may be slightly different, see the latest price from within the app.

I live outside the US. Does it affect my subscription options?
BitGym Direct Memberships are available in USD, EUR and GBP. When you visit the pricing page mentioned above, it should automatically show you the price in the applicable currency if you are in the relevant region.
If you live outside the US/UK/EU, you will see the USD price. If you purchase BitGym with a non-USD payment method/account, your payment provider (bank, credit card, paypal, etc) will convert the currency on your behalf. They may add a foreign transaction fee as well. Both of these rates will vary by your payment provider, so please check with your bank or credit card provider.
If you are not satisfied with the amount when it appears on your statement you can ask for a refund covered under our refund policy.
If you subscribe via your app store, the app store platform (Apple, Google, Amazon) sets the price in your local currency, and no exchange fees may be involved.
What do my BitGym Membership fees pay for?
Much like other streaming video products, the subscription fees we earn are used to pay for our streaming servers and bandwidth. The fees also fund app development, help us provide world-class support, produce new content, and improve the quality of content production.
