If you use the same email address to sign in to BitGym on any device, across iOS and Android, it will retain premium status.
Things to keep in mind:
- All workouts, completion, checkpoints, etc are logged to the single user's history. There is no support for multiple accounts with a single subscription.
- Remember your Apple ID email and your BitGym email may be different depending on what you signed up with. The BitGym premium access is tied to the BitGym email, but if you subscribe via the iOS App Store that payment processing is carried out through the Apple ID email.
You can check and modify your subscription status any time from any device by opening the app and tapping profile then view profile on web or instead by logging into our web portal at https://www.bitgym.com/profile
