Every BitGym account can access a membership through either of two different ways: In-app purchase or BitGym Direct (aka, via our secure website).
You can visit your online profile and log in with your membership account, which will indicate where we detect your subscription.
If you see the "Manage subscription" button with no warning symbol, you have a BitGym Direct subscription, which you can manage directly from the website:
Note: all annual and lifetime subscriptions are via BitGym Direct
If you see "(Apple)", "(Google Play)" or your app store platform name under the subscription type, with a warning symbol on the "Manage subscription" button, you have an in-app purchased subscription:
If you are viewing your profile on a device that doesn't share your subscription platform, this button may not work (eg: if you purchased a sub via an Apple device, but are looking at your web profile on a Windows PC).
In this case you will have to manage the subscription from within your device's store settings.
