BitGym can demand a lot of memory, and some iPad2s, first generation iPad mini and iPhone 4S devices will see crash issues of there are multiple other memory intensive applications open in the background. The core problem is the smaller amount of RAM on these devices and the high demand the latest version of BitGym creates. The following steps can lessen the demand for memory
- If possible, download tours and play them from your Downloads section. This may totally solve the problem. If you must stream tours, please look at the following steps which can help make streaming work.
- Power the device off and then back on. This will close all other background applications which are also using memory
If you're seeing crashing on a modern iOS device (anything made in 2015 or newer) it will not be due to memory running out and is instead a bug in the app. Please open a support request with us and tell us what actions you take to get the app to crash and we'll do our best to help you resolve it.
Note: if the app crashes while working out re-launch the app and it should resume from where you were in the tour.
