We at BitGym regularly run alpha or beta tests for collecting broader feedback on internally developed features. Some of the categories of development we run test programs for:
- Significant changes to UI or core app flow
- Addition of a new feature or experience
- Increasing support for a class of devices that developed an issue (specific manufacturer devices not playing video correctly, etc)
- Significant change to underlying technology of BitGym for future changes, or for improving performance
We may not be running a test program on your platform at a given time, depending on what kinds of tests we are running. However, you can still enroll in our beta programs at any time by following these instructions, and we will
Android (Google Play): Check here for more information on the beta programs with Android. You will receive beta access via the Google Play store.
Kindle (Amazon Apps): File a ticket with us, including your Amazon ID email (this may be different from your BitGym account email) in the ticket body, and mention your interest in the beta program for Kindle. You will receive beta access via the Amazon App Store.
iOS: File a ticket with us, including your Apple ID email (this may be different from your BitGym account email) in the ticket body, and mention your interest in the beta program for iOS. You will receive beta access via the Testflight app.
We also actively develop and test other fitness-related experiences and products (free-standing exercise, VR tests), reach out to us if you are interested in testing any of those out, and we will add you to our lists and let you know if/when we are seeking user feedback!
