I can't find BitGym on the Amazon App Store on my Fire TV device
If you have trouble getting BitGym from your Fire TV device, you can try this approach from a laptop, PC or tablet with a web browser (eg: Safari, Chrome).
- Check the Amazon account logged in on your device
- Log in with the same account on the Amazon website for your region (eg: amazon.com, amazon.co.jp) from your web browser.
- Go to Account -> Devices and check if your device is listed under the account. If not, follow the steps on Amazon's Fire TV get started page.
- Search for "bitgym" on the amazon site, under "Apps & Games", it should be the first result.
- For US customers, you can click this link: BitGym on the Amazon App Store
- You should be able to follow the instructions to install BitGym onto your device from your computer.
I don't know if my Fire TV device is supported
The Fire TV Max 4K [2021] was the first Fire TV device to run BitGym well. Fire TV devices released prior to this are unlikely to work with BitGym, so you can estimate compatibility based on your purchase date.
You can navigate the Settings menu of your device to find the Fire TV version number to check if it's newer than the version mentioned above, and the device model.
Alternatively, if you know your Fire TV device model, you can check this Amazon developer page. This page will also tell you the latest available Fire TV version for your device, and you may be able to update yours.
