I can't find BitGym on the Amazon App Store on my Fire TV device
If you have trouble getting BitGym from your Fire TV device, you can try this approach from a laptop, PC or tablet with a web browser (eg: Safari, Chrome).
- Check the Amazon account logged in on your device
- Log in with the same account on the Amazon website for your region (eg: amazon.com, amazon.co.jp) from your web browser.
- Go to Account -> Devices and check if your device is listed under the account. If not, follow the steps on Amazon's Fire TV get started page.
- Search for "bitgym" on the amazon site, under "Apps & Games", it should be the first result.
- For US customers, you can click this link: BitGym on the Amazon App Store
- You should be able to follow the instructions to install BitGym onto your device from your computer.
I don't know if my Fire TV device is supported
The Fire TV Max 4K [2021] was the first Fire TV device to run BitGym well. Fire TV devices released prior to this are unlikely to work with BitGym.
Some currently sold devices are still too slow to run BitGym well, such as the Amazon Fire Stick HD 8GB [2024], which will lag when playing video. Our advice is to get one rated for 4k playback, even if your TV is not 4k, as it means it's using the higher end processor.
