BitGym works on nearly every cardio machine, thanks to our camera-based tracking algorithm.
You can use the free version of the BitGym app without any obligation or the need to provide payment information. We encourage you to simply try it for yourself to see if it works well for your smart device, cardio machine, and internet connection.
You may use BitGym across multiple platforms with a single subscription. If you use BitGym on multiple platforms, we recommend switching to a BitGym Direct subscription.

Unofficial - on a Chromebook or other ChromeOS device
As the ChromeOS is updated, it is capable of running various Android applications natively. However, the features present on the Chromebook may not often be recognized the same way by the Android software as on a tablet or phone.
If you are unable to install BitGym via the Google Play store on a chromebook, you can try installing it directly without the store.
Unofficial — on a computer/other smart device (Windows/Mac OS)
However, BitGym is designed primarily for the platforms described in previous sections. We do not officially provide support emulator versions or any browser/desktop versions.

With evolving requirements and policies from Apple and Google for their app platforms, and evolving underlying tools used in the development of BitGym, with BitGym 3.4.0 onwards we are phasing out support for older Android and iOS devices. From August 2021,
- iOS 11.0 will be the minimum supported OS for iPads and iPhones
- Android 5.1 will be the minimum supported OS for Android devices

The latest BitGym 3.3 version (Android: 3.3.6; iOS: 3.3.8) is still compatible with iOS 10, Android 4.4 and FireOS 4.
BitGym 3.3 will continue to be supported until 2021/12/01, after which we will no longer support these versions of BitGym in favor of the latest version available at the time.

With 3.3, BitGym has made major upgrades to our backend server functionality. This means that prior versions are no longer officially supported as they may not be aware of or respect our changed server functionality.
